Product Description
Working principle: Fuel, injecting tangentially into the furnace, spins at high speed along the inside wall of the furnace and completes combustion under the action of secondary air, releasing high temperature flue gas inside the furnace.
Fuel applicable scope: Sawdust, rice husk, sanding powder, shavings, straw, bark and pulverized coal, etc.
Main features:
1. High thermal efficiency: Tangential arrangement of the fuel nozzle and the secondary air duct greatly extend the fuel stroke in the furnace. And the repeated washing of fuel against the high temperature furnace wall also helps make the combustion become more fully.
2. High Security: It is an open burning furnace, running under slightly negative pressure, with over-temperature alarm, flame detection, fuel isolation and heat backdraft alarm system.
3. Easy operation: The furnace has both automatic ignition and manual ignition. The output of the furnace and the furnace temperature can be adjusted by the fuel feed rate and the amount of the secondary air supply, adjusting modes can be automatic and manual.
4. Easy installation and small floor space required: The furnace is in a modular structure, constructed by factories. So for site installation, what you need to do is just to make the furnace bolts connections.
5. According to different users, matching different high temperature settlement and dust removal device, to obtain the applicable clean flue gas.
